Abstract

The ACACIA project, which is co-funded by the Erasmus+ program, has produced the document “Internal Management Evaluation Protocol”. This protocol establishes the structural and management components necessary for the evaluation of the Acacia CADEP, as well as a sequence of activities, responsibilities and other important elements for the periodic monitoring of the implementation of its global and modular action plans. Using tools such as the Balanced Scorecard, the protocol focuses on continuous improvement and sustainability. In addition, it emphasizes that monitoring and measuring results, as well as implementing corrective and improvement actions, are crucial to ensure compliance with strategic objectives and improve the quality of management. In addition, the protocol provides precise guidelines.
