Abstract

All preventive measures have been taken in order to maintain control of all risk factors in the workplace. They are key points in providing quality and reliable service for establishments dedicated to cosmetic and body care in the Capital District of Bogota. Most lack the knowledge of Resolution 2827 established in 2006 where it states that the development and use of the Bio-safety Manual certifies the procedures performed on the premises are properly regulated and identified with any occupational risk factors that derive from biological, physical or chemical agents. The development of the Bio-safety Manual is presented as a base for the document and requires approval from the Secretary of Health. The manual explains in detail and step by step how to create that document; manual guide is intended to be easy to understand and developed by people and the owners of establishments of cosmetic and body care are in Bogotá.
