Resumen
The main objective of the internship proposal is to support the execution of processes and procedures in the Subdirectorate of the Environmental Area of the Regional Autonomous Corporation of Cesar. This internship is framed in the context of the environmental administrator profession, which plays a crucial role in the management of natural resources and in reducing the negative impacts of productive projects on ecosystems. The importance of providing legal, technical, administrative and financial knowledge is highlighted to support government organizations in charge of supervising the environment and the use of natural resources. This approach not only seeks to protect the environment, but also to improve the working conditions of workers and generate employment. The internship is expected to identify noncompliance with environmental licenses and emissions permits, evaluate negative environmental impacts and verify compliance with obligations by projects. Additionally, an updated database will be maintained with license and permit records. This internship will contribute to compliance with current legal policies and regulations related to the environment and sustainable development in the department of Cesar. Expected outcomes include identifying and documenting non-compliance, understanding environmental impacts, verifying compliance with obligations, and efficiently managing information related to licenses and permits. This experience will provide the student-environmental manager with a valuable opportunity to apply their knowledge in a practical environment and contribute to the sustainable development goals within the framework of the 2030 agenda.
