Abstract

The image contains a notice about the stipulations regarding the licenses for permitted games, in which the Mayor of the Municipality in use of his attributions establishes the obligation of the gaming house businessmen to request the license to operate, this will be acquired by presenting the receipt signed by the first Municipal Inspector, as collector of the tax on permitted games, which has been previously appointed under Agreement number 25 of 1893. In said document the businessman who must request said authorization must stipulate the payment of the corresponding fee for his activity as established in the corresponding Office. Additionally, it is mentioned that the persons in charge of this type of establishments must pay a bond that guarantees that they will not allow or play prohibited games and that they will faithfully comply with the stipulations of the Police.
