Abstract

Within the framework of the Project "Modernization of the Research Information System of the Faculty of Sciences and Education of the Francisco José de Caldas District University", the call for Interns was launched by the Research Committee of the Faculty of Sciences and Education in association with the CIDC Research Center, seeking to strengthen and organize the university's information systems that at the same time correspond to the systematization of the four established production axes: Generation of new knowledge, Results of technological development and innovation activities, Results of activities of social appropriation of knowledge and training activities of human resources for Science, Technology and Innovation. Through various training and orientation mechanisms, a joint work plan is established between interns, tutors and the professional in charge of the project aimed at the construction of data matrices that record the products derived from the investigation with the existence criteria of each one, an organizational model that accounts for the academic production and the strengthening of the groups and seedbeds, in addition to its important contributions towards the construction of a pluralistic university in knowledge, and a research leader at the district and national level.
