The image contains a notice about the Agreement Number 7 of 1888 which provides the manner in which the District of Bogota will celebrate the Centenary of the Liberator Simon Bolivar in 1888, in which it is agreed that the Municipality of Bogota honors July 24, 1783 as a day fausto for the cause of the Independence of the Americas and records in its channels this glorious date, for having been recognized on that day by the Spanish monarch the Independence of the United States of North America, and for having been born in Caracas Simon Bolivar, later Liberator of Colombia, Peru and Bolivia. Additionally, it is mentioned that the publication of this Agreement, will be on July 24 of each year a holiday in all acts in which the district of Bogota has jurisdiction, seen as an act of special deference to the memory of the great man, the Hero of South America.
