Abstract

Thaís document establishes the formulation of a business plan thai alims to provide a roadmap in the creation of the company B&V Ingeniería S.A.S. in the city of Bogotá, for comprehensive services in pressure systems, ejector and fire network, in the private residential and commercial sector. This business opportunity arises due to the increase of horizontal property constructions because of the annual growth of 1.7% of the population of Bogotá, these buildings have the need for specialized maintenance in the aforementioned systems, which in most cases, do not meet the necessary parameters for each building or are built with poor quality materials, which represents cost overruns in the short, medium and long term. Therefore, it is proposed as an innovation the implementation of stainless steel pipe Clamp type in the rooms of electric pumps in the suction and discharge of drinking water, because this material has a longer life, avoid the presence of corrosion of the pipe and the deterioration of fittings and equipment, it is because of this that it is currently used in the food industry. As a guide for the creation of this document, the ‘Advanced manual for the development of a business plan’ of the chamber of commerce of Medellin was taken, which is characterized by being clear, accessible and didactic, unlike the manual provided by the chamber of commerce of Bogotá.
