Sistema de Gestión de Calidad en Cabify Transportes S.A.S bajo la norma ISO 9001:2015

Abstract

The internship project was carried out in Cabify Transportes S.A.S, a company located in the city of Bogotá with headquarters in Spain, whose economic activity is the special transport service for corporate users. We provided support to the process area in the diagnosis, documentation and socialization of the quality management system (QMS) in ISO 9001: 2015, the company had the advice of an external consultant for the development of the activity, therefore, the internship work was carried out in parallel with the schedule of activities agreed with the consultant. The execution of the project for Cabify Transportes S.A.S Transportes S.A.S. is very important to maintain the qualification by the Ministerio de Transportes as a special service company, according to the requirements of Decreto 431 of 2017.
