Estructuración de portafolio de proyectos con enfoque PMI para el Instituto Cultural Colombo Alemán - Sprach Institut

Abstract

Within the framework of the Master's Degree in Integrated Project Management of the Universidad Distrital, an internship was conducted at the ICCA Sprach Institut as a degree option, whose main objective was to structure a portfolio of projects with a PMI approach, mainly seeking alignment with organizational objectives through strategic prioritization. The results of the work offer the Institute a portfolio of prioritized projects for planning, execution, evaluation and closure between the years 2024-2027, as a strategic guide to achieve the strategic objectives, as well as tools for the management team to restructure the portfolio later and develop projects aligned to the strategy, which optimizes resources, maximizes impact and ensures its long-term sustainability.
