Tipificación y análisis de precios unitarios para cerramientos en los departamentos de Cundinamarca, Boyacá y Meta

Abstract

In this document, the need to publicize the different types of perimeter enclosures existing in the rural areas of the departments of Cundinamarca, Boyacá and Meta is exposed, as well as the lack of corresponding information regarding the cost of its construction; information that becomes the main tool to determine a real estate appraisal in the rural sector and be able to give a real value to enclosures, which are common to delimit a property. Once the lack of information is identified, field and office work is carried out to determine the most common enclosures that can be found in a certain terrain, either for aesthetics, for grazing management or delimitation of the same and therefore the most characteristic materials in an enclosure. And as a result the design of a card to discriminate the analysis of unitary prices-APU which are made up of an analysis regarding the cost of labor, materials, equipment, tools among others; that give as final value the total value per linear meter of construction of each enclosure and that therefore becomes the main tool for the appraisers to be able to give real value when developing an appraisal in the rural sector
