Resumen
President Kennedy on his way through Colombia in the year of 1961 delivers the plan of popular housing Techo, this plan is the starting point for many questions that are intended to clarify in this project, that although part of a very specific place is directs an investigation that shows how my grandmother's house, which is the starting point, is related to the construction of an entire locality and how this locality in turn is traversed by the political context that concerns the time , particularly in the immersion and incidence that had the intervention of the United States in Latin America during the cold war, specifically with the alliance for progress in Colombia. My grandmother's house, then, is what I consider the link between family memory and local and global memory. For the context that crosses the house and the locality, makes sense for the people who have inhabited them and the ways in which they are charged with the experiences and memories that they can generate. Telling us, telling me from this type of approach, has become a latent concern, trying to understand from a particular perspective what are the features that make a particular story become collective and how the fact of starting to connect ends brings us a global history . Since 1961, the year in which the house is given to my grandparents, to date its variations in terms of the façade have been very few, except for the huge number of people who have seen it grow and the hand of paint that is annually given , it is almost intact, so I think it has some capacity to contain what was the basis of the housing project that was established in the year 61, which had the intention of creating an imaginary brought from the United States in where the houses were homogeneous and gave a vision of order and uniformity, in addition to the exercise of resistance to change that becomes evident in front of the neighboring houses, which already pass from the third floor and seem to stop growing.
