Prototipo de software para la actualización de contenidos del chatbot de la Facultad de Ingeniería de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas

Abstract

This document sets out the guidelines for the development of a SOFTWARE PROTOTYPE FOR UPDATING CONTENTS OF THE CHATBOT OF THE FACULTY OF ENGINEERING OF THE FRANCISCO JOSÉ DE CALDAS DISTRICT UNIVERSITY. In the first place, the document addresses the analysis carried out based on the prototype of the chatbot developed by students of the Specialization in Software Engineering of the Francisco José de Caldas District University, whose main objective is to present answers to the most frequent questions asked by engineering students of the same University regarding the academic and administrative processes. In this way, the case study of the project is carried out in response to the need to have a mechanism for updating the contents presented in this chatbot, based on their analysis by generating indicators of the searches performed by the students, which are the central axis for decision-making and at the same time allow the constant and future maintenance of the chatbot data sources, as well as presenting quality and up-to-date information to their students and users.
