Metodología Para la Evaluación de Planes de Inversión y Programas de Mantenimiento Para Empresas del Sector Eléctrico Colombiano

Abstract

The methodology is developed based on the need for clear guidelines how to approach the evaluation of maintenance plans and investment in companies providing public services in the Colombian electricity sector. This evaluation is part of the requirements given by the Superintendent of Public Services and is regulated by Resolution 12295 of 2006, the requirement is conducting an external audit results (AEGR) within which the assessment is required mention aspects (maintenance and investment). Although the resolution defines the evaluation of these aspects, it is not limited in scope to be evaluation. Additionally there is no clear methodology by which possible address it. Thus arises the need to propose a methodology by which it is possible to evaluate these aspects, providing a clear scope and defined criteria to obtain concrete results. The final methodology poses perform assessment by use of 5 stages defined in the methodology, gathering the information required to define the criteria that lead to a final result of evaluation. These results were classified into three possible: satisfactory, improvement opportunities and unsatisfactory, completing the assessment.
