Estudio de prefactibilidad para la creación de ecohoteles en municipios de la provincia Magdalena centro del departamento de Cundinamarca

Abstract

The purpose of this project is generate a pre-feasibility study for the construction and operation of Ecohotels located in the province of Magdalena Centro in the department of Cundinamarca, where the development of economic activity is based on accommodation in rural areas through sustainable infrastructure. Such as Glamping, which allows to live the experience of camping in the open air with the comforts of a conventional hotel applying appropriate technologies for the management of resources and waste. Currently, the selected towns do not have Glampings and despite of the fact that they have environmental, cultural and archaeological potentialities, they have not been assigned the recognition and importance they deserve, therefore, the incursion of tourists in the province would generate the possibility of linking of the community, companies and government entities to publicize the cultural and environmental identity of the territory; Therefore, it is necessary to promote investment projects focused on nature accommodation, since it corresponds to a new trend that would contribute to the economic dynamism of the province.
