La productividad y la felicidad en tiempos de pandemia en las Empresas Franco Bordados y la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas (Facultad Tecnológica)

Abstract

The following investigation was born in the middle of the context of the pandemic generated by Covid-19. The notorious impact on health has led to the implementation of insurance and isolation measures to preserve it; That is why this project intends to know the productivity of companies, in a time of crisis like this, by opting for the teleworking modality or face-to-face work, with the proper biosafety standards. In this research, it is necessary to identify the elements associated with productivity and happiness that the Franco Bordados company and the District University (Francisco José de Caldas Technological Faculty) have implemented, also relating them to biosafety protocols corresponding to the current reality. In the first chapter we will find the statement of the problem where it was justified how health and happiness have an impact on the productivity of the companies Franco Bordados and Facultad Tecnología of the District University Technological Faculty, finally the objectives that helped us to diagnose the aforementioned were raised. The second chapter addresses the research concepts that are relevant to this work, which will be reflected in the theoretical, conceptual and referential framework, as well as the methodology where the guidelines to be followed to successfully complete this research are established. Finally, the third chapter presents the findings obtained through the research and surveys carried out, from these results the information was analyzed and the final diagnosis and conclusions were determined.
