Especificación y Diseño de Maquina para Adicionar Separadores al Queso Tajado

Abstract

This paper presents the structural design, electrical and PLC programming a machine to add separators nonstick cheese cut by horizontally sharpener, in this automation project implementation stages and development are covered. A prototype was fabricated with the aim of testing the automated process and play times to ensure projection, sensing points was determined and the mechanical and electronic functions have been implemented machine. The technical aspects that were considered for the preparation of the final design and selection of sensors are set, actuators and programmable logic controller, for Ladder programming software "Zelio Soft" is used. It is presented graphically and in writing the process of automation of the machine in order to understand the workings of it.
