Abstract

The current working document addresses to the assistantship developed in the company INGENIERIA Y DESARROLLO URBANÍSTICO SAS, which reflects the performance of the tasks carried out in a period, approved by the Francisco José de Caldas University to obtain the title of technologist in civil constructions, the objective of the corresponding assistantship is to monitor and control the activities of the consulting contract N ° CVP-CTO-415-2021 that aims to: "DEVELOP STUDIES AND DESIGNS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 25 ROAD SECTIONS (CIV) AND THE COMMUNITY GREEN ZONE IDENTIFIED WITH RUPI 3640-83, LOCATED IN THE CARACOLÍ NEIGHBORHOOD OF THE CITY OF CIUDAD BOLÍVAR IN THE CITY OF BOGOTÁ DC; TOGETHER WITH THE CITY OF BOGOTÁ DC; ADJUSTMENT, COMPLEMENTATION AND UPDATING OF THE STUDIES AND DESIGNS OF THE LANDSCAPE AND ENVIRONMENTAL RECOVERY ZONE OF THE CARACOLÍ NEIGHBORHOOD, IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE STUDIES AND DESIGNS ESTABLISHED IN THE 2017 CONSULTANCY CONTRACT OF THE SDHT 469, OF THE FRAMEWORK OF THE AGREEMENT 613 OF 2020 SIGNED WITH THE DISTRICT HABITAT SECRETARIAT." For the development of this work, the consultancy was monitored daily and supported by all relevant technical issues that might arise. A committee was held, in which the contracting entity and the contractor where it is socialized were present and the necessary information was provided to have knowledge of the consulting process to comply with the object of the contract. After everything mentioned above, a thorough explanation will be given of how the activities carried out during the internship are executed, the knowledge used and acquired during the established times. Which will support the general idea of the corresponding work and the importance of the contract; It will end with the delivery of a report which will have the purpose of highlighting the importance of the consultancy to be carried out.
