Abstract

At the Center for Interinstitutional Relations - CERI, a report on academic mobility must be made every six months to present it to SNIES and another quarterly and annually to carry out an internal control. At this time, the data to make these reports must be recorded manually in the predefined formats handled by the unit in Excel format, where both student or student information on academic mobility is recorded, as well as all the information next to the mobility process. The solution that this project allows is to enter this information in a web page where through a series of validations the possibility of errors in the registration of the information is reduced and the management of the same can be taken into account in a centralized manner for the execution of different reports. This facilitates the activity on the part of CERI officials by reducing the fields they must complete, consulting information on students and teachers previously existing in the OAS databases.
