Evaluación y seguimiento del Sistema Integral de Gestión HSEQ en la empresa Tractocar Logistics S.A.S en Cartagena

Abstract

The HSEQ Comprehensive Management System directs the company Tractocar Logistics S.A.S to mitigate its risks related to Quality, Safety and Health at Work and the Environment, in order to achieve efficiency in its processes and improve the performance of the organization. However, this represents a great challenge for the company, since the various transportation services they offer generate a representative CO2 footprint and various environmental impacts that can be negative; Likewise, a risk in the provision of the service due to the road insecurity that occurs in the city of Cartagena, affecting the health of drivers and/or third parties, the work accidents that can occur at the docks with the handling of containers and the loading of merchandise, without leaving aside the non-conformities that customers may present due to waiting times, status of the delivered merchandise, procedures, among others.
