Abstract

The radio program "Voices and Regions" of the Directorate for Citizen Participation and Communal Action of the Ministry of the Interior focuses on the tables and spaces for citizen participation around peace in the department of Caquetá. In this episode, Luis Alberto López, member of the departmental committee for victim participation and coordinator of the citizen committee for Peace Caquetá, discusses his role in supporting and advising victims and the importance of citizen participation in peace processes. . Topics are addressed such as the lack of knowledge and training in communities, the need for more inclusive and horizontal participation, and the challenges victims face in obtaining true reparation and healing. The importance of strengthening family and community identity as a basis for peace is also highlighted.
