Abstract

The fundamental objective of the meeting was to socialize and highlight the relevant aspects of each participating information unit and museum. Through presentations of up to 30 minutes, each institution shared its mission, trajectory, collections, documentary funds, and services. The purpose of the presentations was to seek a space for articulation and to enhance collaboration between the different units, thereby contributing to the construction of a more solid University Cultural and Heritage Policy. At the end of the presentations, a reflection panel was held where joint actions were discussed, and the exchange of ideas and experiences was encouraged. This event represents a key opportunity to strengthen the connection between the different institutions and enrich the university's cultural heritage.
