Estudio de prefactibilidad para la creación de una empresa fabricante de mobiliario multifuncional

Abstract

This project is a pre-feasibility study for the creation of a multifunctional furniture manufacturing company, with a product that aims to optimize the spaces inside the home. To fulfill this objective, a PESTEL analysis was carried out, gathering relevant information about; political, economic, social, technological, environmental and legal environment. From this, a market study was carried out to analyze the existing demand, determine the price of the product and the marketing strategies to be carried out, then a CANVAS model was carried out to determine the value proposition and the key activities of the company in each of its areas. After then, a technical study was carried out to define the internal elements that the organization must have in order to comply with a defined project size. Finally, the sources of financing, all costs, expenses and projected income were reviewed to carry out an economic evaluation from which the pre-feasibility or not of the project is determined.
