Resumen
The community alarm project controlled by associated mobile devices refers to the use of technologies that support issues of citizen security, not only with the aim of suppressing or preventing crimes, but also to avoid vandalism in public or private property, acting quickly against emergency situations or perform an early detection of risk events; the main feature of this system is the use of mobile devices for the activation of alarms, which are adapted to another mobile device with Android operating system that functions as a central alarm; It also makes use of tools such as Firebase, which provides non-relational database services in real time for mobile phones and applications, allowing instant communication between devices and storage of data for information analysis; We also use services offered by Google Cloud Platform, in our case Google AppEngine, which gives us the possibility of deploying a web application for administration, on Google's infrastructure, allowing advantages such as scalability and load balancers, in addition to its security protocols, this in order to comply with the principles of information security (confidentiality, availability and integrity); All these technologies together allow us to create a security system at a low cost that allows to reuse mobile devices with Android systems that have basic functions such as internet, calls and SMS.
