Resumen
This document presents a pre-feasibility study for the creation of Vishya S.A.S., a company that will produce and sell lingerie in Bogotá. The company's main objective is to serve women between 25 and 34 years old from socioeconomic levels 4, 5, and 6, as the study identified a significant problem in this market: the lack of variety in styles, sizes, and materials that adapt to different body shapes. Vishya S.A.S. seeks to satisfy these unmet needs and promote a positive body image and female empowerment. The study was carried out in three phases. The first consisted of a detailed analysis of the environment, which included research into market trends, the target population, and existing competition. The second phase focused on the company's operational evaluation, where the business model, production process, materials, necessary machinery (such as specialized cutting and sewing machines), and infrastructure were defined. The third and final phase was the financial study to determine the initial costs, operating expenses, projected revenues, financing, and break-even point. The initial investment to launch the project is estimated at $110,000,000 COP. The company projects manufacturing 669 units per month, with a gross profit ranging from 50% to 63% per garment. The break-even point, when revenue equals costs, is projected for month 13, after the initial bank loan has been repaid. The business plan focuses on quality, sustainability, and a value proposition based on innovation and garment customization.
