| dc.description | La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de la cámara provincial de Bogotá, decreta: Artículo 1º. Los consejos municipales dictarán los reglamentos convenientes conforme a las localidades y circunstancias de cada cantón; 1º para prohibir que por las calles y dentro de los poblados vaguen cerdos, perros y burros. 2º para que se conserven empedradas, aseadas y sin obstáculos las calles, no permitiendo en ellas mulares ni que se arrojen inmundicias, y caso de permitirlo en los caños que se verifique después de las diez de la noche. 3º para que las aguas que vienen a las fuentes públicas no se distraigan a otra parte por particulares ni se ensucien. 4º para todo lo relativo a ferias y mercados. 5º para la expedita circulación de moneda. 6º para que sean de buena calidad los víveres que se expendan. | dc.description.abstract | The image contains news about the provincial chamber of Bogotá, decrees: Article 1. The municipal councils will dictate the appropriate regulations according to the localities and circumstances of each canton; 1st to prohibit pigs, dogs and donkeys from roaming the streets and within the towns. 2nd so that the streets are kept cobbled, clean and free of obstacles, not allowing mules or filth to be thrown into them, and if this is allowed in the pipes, it is verified after ten at night. 3rd so that the waters that come to public fountains are not diverted elsewhere by individuals or become dirty. 4th for everything related to fairs and markets. 5th for the expeditious circulation of currency. 6º so that the food sold is of good quality.
