Abstract

The company JMS Ingeniería SAS is dedicated to providing professional services of Engineering in Auditing, consulting, execution of Civil Works within its services is the construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance of roads in concrete and asphalt among others, to perform these jobs have a fleet of equipment which is not regular or regular maintenance if not every time they have failures are corrected to give solution to the hurry becoming only corrective maintenance which is causing an increase in costs, sudden stops in full production generating transfer of mechanics to site, payment of overtime to comply with the deadlines of the works, crane services, for this reason the need has been generated, which was reported to the author of this project in response to the redirection of the area of ​​machinery, creating and implementing a maintenance plan which helps find, correct and identify future failures thus increasing the probability of availability of machines on site, reduce costs and generate an inventory of spare parts that are more frequent
