Diseño del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para la empresa Globo Inmobiliaria Ltda

Abstract

All companies are obliged to develop an occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS), looking forward to providing a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, and to comply with the regulations established in Colombia. An initial evaluation of the company Globo Inmobiliaria Ltda., was carried out based on decree 1072 of 2015, and the minimum standards of resolution 1111 of 2017, through which it was established that it required an immediate intervention focused on the design of the OHSMS for not having this. A descriptive study methodology was employed only in a qualitative way, through surveys, interviews, visits, inspections, application of battery, psychosocial risk, among others. The OHSMS was designed through the identification, evaluation and assessment of hazards and risks by means of the GTC 45; risks were prioritized, and programs and subprograms were formulated. The Policy and Objectives of the OHSMS were formulated, as well as the development of indicators, procedures and additional documentation to comply with Decree 1072 of 2015.
