Abstract

The image contains a news item about Decree Number 7 in which the Mayor of Bogota is informed that the Central Board of Hygiene considers pertinent the imposition of Decree No. 7 on the prohibitions regarding the use of whey or any other foreign substance such as soda, in the manufacture of bread, also prohibits the sale of adulterated milk or that has been kept in vessels from which some kind of substance harmful to health such as acids or gases can be released and defines the values of the fines imposed on persons who violate such ordinances, These fines range from 5 pesos to 50 pesos depending on the seriousness of the case, and in case of repeated offenses, the manufacture of bread or the sale of milk will be suspended.
