La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de la Manumisión por los tesoros parroquiales de los distritos de Zipaquirá, Choachí, Fomeque, Gachetá, Guaduas, Ubalá, mencionando que consta en el Despacho que dichos valores fueron recaudados en el mismo mes en los distritos de Bogotá, Bosa, Cajicá, Chocontá, Fontibón, Fosca, Funza, Fusagasugá, Gachalá, Hatoviejo, Nocaima, Quebradanegra, Quetame, Sasaima, Serrezuela, entre otros.
Se adiciona que no existe constancia sobre los valores que serán recaudados en otros distritos. Finalmente se firma por el señor P. Gutiérrez Lee.
