| dc.description | In the field of sports organizations, there have been transformations; its actors have access to vocational training, technology and knowledge; new concepts, norms, public policies require them to break with the past, capacity for sustainability, good governance, social responsibility, modernize their management, to solve organizational problems, permanence, growth, efficiency and productivity, in a context of Techno-scientific shocks, globalization, transculturation and growth of socially available free time. This requires them to adapt to the moment, to act as agents of change. This work contributes to the conceptualization of this process, showing them the how and when of the undertaking proposed by the public authorities, the demands for change and the possible situational shocks; expose the elements they have to start this leap in quality, for a sustainable management. | dc.description | En el ámbito de las organizaciones deportivas ha habido transformaciones; sus actores tienen acceso a formación profesional, tecnología y conocimientos; los nuevos conceptos, normas, políticas públicas les exigen romper con el pasado, capacidad de sustentabilidad, buen gobierno, responsabilidad social, modernizar su gestión, solucionar problemas organizacionales, permanencia, crecimiento, eficiencia y productividad, en un contexto de logros tecnocientíficos, globalización, transculturación y crecimiento del tiempo libre socialmente disponible. Esto les obliga a adaptarse al momento, a actuar como agentes de cambio. Este trabajo contribuye a la conceptualización de este proceso, mostrándoles el cómo y cuándo del emprendimiento propuesto por los poderes públicos, las demandas de cambio y los posibles choques coyunturales; exponer los elementos que tienen para iniciar este salto de calidad, para una gestión sostenible, destacando la estrategia que expone el proyecto de reforma a la Ley 181 de 1995. | es-ES |
