Apoyo al seguimiento y avance de los acuerdos de la consulta previa del POMCA Río Bogotá

Abstract

In the framework of the updating of the Plan for the Management and Management of the POMCA Río Bogotá Watershed, a prior consultation was carried out with the indigenous communities of the Muisca de Chía, Cota and Sesquilé ethnic groups and the Kichwa ethnic group of Sesquilé that are present in the basin and are certified by the Ministry of the Interior. In the previous consultation carried out, 56 agreements were concluded and on the part of the CAR, a monitoring plan is established for the progress of the protocolized agreements that contains a methodology that includes the baseline, a monitoring matriz, managers, and compliance indicators that have articulated between the CAR, the mayoralties and the Indigenous communities, in this work it has been proposed to follow up on these people and to propose a tool that allows monitoring progress in the management and compliance of agreements by of those responsible for the execution of said agreements.
