Las crónicas de Heidy: serie audiovisual como ayuda para fortalecer la inteligencia emocional en las jóvenes del internado OPNI.

Abstract

This project focused on the audiovisual series Las Crónicas de Heidy, made up of 5 thematic, pedagogical and therapeutic chapters, a series that was built after a creative and methodological process, in order to provide spaces for meeting and reflection with young people who are in the last stage for the culmination of their process in the institution under a protection measure. The idea of ​​these chapters was to create a broad perspective of the tools that adolescents can use in their daily lives to answer their most frequently asked questions about life. All this without seeking to dogmatize their thinking or create false solutions. The main objective of this project was to strengthen processes for the recognition of emotions, by providing alternative tools and options in their thought and relationship processes.
