Resumen
Collective intelligence in recent times, has emerged as a viable response for some types of business organizations within their strategy to face the new challenges and challenges that the environment in what has been called the knowledge society poses, where Information management, knowledge and new forms of interrelation between organization and customers, correspond to key factors within the business strategy to achieve competitiveness. Because of this, a wide field of research has been developed from different disciplines around collective intelligence in order to analyze and understand its relationship with the different processes within business organizations. Based on this, the companies whose core business is collective intelligence have special characteristics that have been represented by the genome of collective intelligence. Although every business or social system has collective intelligence, this representation allows us to understand its conformation. This is how the need arises to identify the traits of the collective intelligence underlying the genome, to understand the effects of possible interventions and in this way, to modify its structure to improve its competitiveness. To do this, based on the use of agent-based simulation techniques, the representation of the effects of genome modification in the business organization “Rappi” was performed and the emerging components that were presented by the subjects immersed in the study were analyzed. system.
