Optimización de la matriz de parametrización de diseño para vehículos con carrocería tipo cisterna para la empresa Alpecorp Colombia S.A.S

Abstract

The project developed during the internship proposes the improvement of the design parameterization matrix for vehicles with tanker-type bodies, to automate the process of the drawing area and give priority attention to new projects proposed by the company Alpecorp Colombia S.A.S. With the progress of research and analysis, new tools are exhibited to meet the proposed objectives and advance in new technologies to facilitate review processes, issuance and development of designs in construction. The current matrix, designed to cover all bodies, does not take into account the particularities of each type of tanker vehicle, which results in an inefficient and non-specialized system. The lack of specific information and the absence of tutorials or user guides hinder effective interaction with the matrix. In this context, the proposed improvement seeks to correct these limitations and optimize the design process, contributing significantly to the development of tanker bodies in a more precise manner. On the other hand, the creation of a detailed user manual is essential to ensure that users, whether new employees, interns or current workers, can efficiently understand and use the improved matrix. This manual will serve as a comprehensive guide that will address the technical and practical aspects of the tool, facilitating its integration into the company's design process. The project proposed in the internship is presented as a comprehensive and strategic initiative to improve the efficiency of the tanker body design process at Alpecorp Colombia S.A.S.
