The purpose of this research project was to identify ergonomic risk factors and the perception of musculoskeletal symptoms in workers who perform administrative functions while teleworking. To this end, two validated instruments were applied: the Nordic Standardized Musculoskeletal Symptom Perception Questionnaire and the Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) method. The research was conducted using a quantitative, observational, analytical, and cross-sectional approach, which analyzed both workplace conditions and the symptoms reported by eight participants, selected according to specific inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection was conducted using digital forms and photographic records, which allowed for the identification of the main ergonomic risk factors, as well as the functional impact of symptoms on work performance and activities of daily living.
