Abstract

Art. 32º Of the funds allocated for the construction of the Quindío road, each foreman of the prisons of the 1st and 3rd district will be given a ration like the one given to the convicts, during the time that said prisons are occupied in the work of that path Art. 33 For every 12 prisoners there will be one foreman, and another for a remainder of seven. The foremen will receive a salary of ten pesos per month; and robust, honest and active men will be chosen for these assignments, who know how to handle tools, know the work in which the convicts must be occupied, and who are capable of commanding and being obeyed and respected.
