Recomendaciones de cimentaciones para edificios de máximo 5 pisos de altura de uso residencial en la UPZ La Esmeralda de la localidad de Teusaquillo

Abstract

This document describes the process of elaboration of the recommendations for foundations of buildings with a maximum height of 5 stories in the UPZ La Esmeralda in the town of Teusaquillo, in the city of Bogotá D.C., for which it started from the collection of the information contained in the soil studies of the licenses processed in the UPZ, which once collected, were processed and analyzed in terms of the most important parameters of the existing soil. With the above, a division was made into 2 zones according to the seismic response of the soil present in the UPZ. Additionally, with the results of the processing of the information from the soil studies, a typical stratigraphic profile was made for each area and thus design and later make a comparison with the designs elaborated in the consulted studies. The above in order to obtain a criterion to give an adequate recommendation for the type of building proposed.
