Diseño de la guía técnica del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) para el sector de la construcción en Colombia

Abstract

The public works construction sector does not have a technical guide that condenses the regulations in force on health and safety management systems in Colombia. The information is disseminated in labor legislation. Therefore, this work is necessary in the first place, because it is proposed to create a document on which collaborators in the field in question can base themselves on what regulations govern them in their work. Second, understand the constant risk that employees in this sector are exposed to and how to prevent and avoid it, as it is common that due to the repetitiveness of their work, they tend to trust them or / and neglect them. And finally, through this project, everyone who reads this material should acquire the basics of a culture about the meaning of health and safety management systems. Also, knowledge of the regulations in force.
