Referentes para la transferencia de la información hidroclimatológica que genera el instituto de hidrología, meteorología y estudios ambientales (IDEAM)

Abstract

With the aim of building a reference base as a framework for the transfer of hydroclimatic information generated by IDEAM, this approach is made towards some authors who provide conceptual, contextual, operational references and some principles to be taken into account when designing Future strategies. As a result, the analysis line identifies authors who propose tools such as communication, education, or their new emerging fields such as environmental communication and environmental education as key elements for the transfer of technical information. Similarly, some authors who propose concepts such as critical reflection, multidisciplinarity, the appropriation of knowledge, as those basic elements to consider within the generation, implementation or evaluation of any information transfer strategy. The above, according to the need of IDEAM to make its technical knowledge useful in informed and contextualized decision-making and to configure what WMO has called climate services.
