Resumen
In Colombia, the national cadastre with a multipurpose approach was designated as a public service from law 1753 of 2015, in accordance with this from CONPES 3958 of 2019 proposes the implementation of the public policy of multipurpose cadastre with the objective of having a comprehensive, complete, updated and interoperable cadastre since by 2019 only 5.68% of the national territory had updated cadastral information.
According to the pilot plans carried out, the deficiency of necessary inputs for field work was evidenced and although there is a complete cartographic coverage of the country, it does not meet the technical requirements of scale and resolution as inputs for the cadastre, where the basic cartography plays an essential role in the physical cadastral information, therefore, in the scope of the achievements proposed at the national level.
Considering the cartographic context and its importance, the development of this internship focuses on the elaboration of a 1:2000 scale vector database for the municipality of La Ceja Antioquia, developing diverse processes that guarantee quality in aspects of completeness,
logical consistency, positional accuracy and thematic accuracy established by the Agustin Codazzi Geographic Agustín Codazzi Geographic Institute, and thus generate a cartographic input suitable not only for the cadastral update, but also for the cadastral updating, but also for territorial management, planning and governance.
