Abstract

In building an excellent communication for ideas and required objectives are identical and the best way reflected when out of paper to reality, for that reason it is necessary to implement the drawing in construction it is necessary as materials, tools or workmanship that run. Therefore, companies that perform such labor should update their mechanisms and programs to provide quality service. For the preparation of plans it is necessary to know and make the rules to be applied for the proper technical development of these, being clear in the information you want to publicize and managing language appropriate to the construction field. It is therefore important to understand the basic and theoretical concepts that are embodied in this document in order to understand where they leave these rules today governing the architectural and structural drawing in Colombia. On the other hand, in the development of knowledge in the area of ​​programs such as Excel tables and graphs made for area calculation and design of the company they were reviewed and implemented were developed, although times were adjusted slightly festivities and activities integration that developed at the time, it was possible to meet the goal set by the preliminary calculation and design area
