Estudio de factibilidad para la compra de una máquina impresora de Tecnología UV en Intraplas S.A.S

Abstract

Intraplas SAS is a company incorporated for 30 years that is dedicated to the transformation of PVC through the process of extrusion among its production processes is the manufacture of Pvcanto; this product is developed for the coating and beautification of edges or furniture made from of fiberboard boards, MDF and other substrates. Intraplas S.A.S in its production process of Pvcanto presents a bottle neck in the printing line which causes non-fulfillment of orders deliveries which leads to economic sanctions and customer dissatisfaction.Taking into account factors such as the production capacity, machinery and raw material available, a feasibility study was carried out evaluating the purchase of a Printer machine that allows the fulfillment of orders and the development of new products for the market. According to the results obtained in each of the stages of the feasibility study, it is evident that the company presents a projection of the positive demand, as for the technical evaluation as a result of the study, the purchase of the Printer machine is proposed, which will allow the 100% order fulfillment and the manufacture of new designs.
