Resumen
The Colombia’s Transportation Department, through Law 1503 of 2011, Decree 2851 of 2013 and resolution 1565 of 2014 gives life to the Strategic Road Safety Plans (SRSP) as a preventive measure to reduce the high accident rates of transit that exist in the all country and Bogotá, as the main city affected. These plans apply to each public and private enterprises that relates their activities and human talent to work that involves road travel. The Francisco José de Caldas District University is currently performing the interventory of Bogota traffic lights contracts and, as it is a public entity that requires the mobilization of its contractor personnel to carry out their work, it is obliged to implement its own PESV. For this, it is necessary to structure the design of the project beforehand, with all the information of the case, ensuring an effective implementation process. Given this, this project is established that gives to the interventory’s executives the design concerning its Road Safety Strategic Plan in order to prevent road accidents of their human talent and promote good habits and behavior of both drivers and passengers in the way. Three (3) chapters in which the generalities of the project, its results and conclusions are evidenced, make up this writing. As a final product, we obtain the physical document with which the interventory team is to base the implementation of the aforementioned plan, fully complying with the legal requirements and contributing to the welfare of its human contractor talent.
