Resumen
Resolution 1001 of 2006 of the Administrative Department of Social Welfare of the Capital District and the Agreement 138 of 2004 of the Bogota Council, governing the inspection, monitoring and controlling natural and legal, public and private, that provide early education in the Capital District, children between zero (0) and under six (6) years of age, the benefit of early childhood. It requires plans and implement safety and health programs in order to contribute to social and environmental development as the purpose of all establishments providing this service.
Particular case HOME CHILDREN SANTA ROSA DE LIMA, attached to the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare in the town quarter of Bogotá educational establishment, whose principal activity is the preschool education to children 0 to 6 years, for which the plan is designed basic sanitation, from the current regulations in the form of entrepreneurship; in order to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Children's Home.
To make the initial diagnosis of the Children's Home An inspection using two checklists prepared in accordance with Resolution 2674 of 2013, resulting in a performance of 87.11%, which allowed a comparison with the inspection visit was made, Hospital surveillance and control of San Cristobal with an outstanding concept and compliance 75.27%; showing increased compliance with general maintenance performed by the establishment. Environmental health diagnosis with the Children's Home, the recovery plan was designed, with their respective programs, control procedures and formats according to the needs of the establishment. Disclosure to all staff was conducted through an awareness of good manufacturing practices. Finally, a check by an inspection in order to evaluate the efficiency of the recovery plan and to control the implementation of programs and formats control. The Children's Home Santa Rosa de Lima earned a 99% compliance; with the commitment of maintaining a warehouse roofs and washing zone to meet 100% in the next visit of inspection, supervision and control of the District Department of Health and obtain favorable opinion.
