Apoyo logístico para la clasificación y organización del material documental y periodístico del Centro de Documentación de Ciencias Sociales (CDOSO)

Abstract

The present project was carried out with the intention of highlighting the work carried out in the development of the internship in the documentation center of social sciences and whose main objective was the selection and organization of journalistic documents, as well as the logistical support in this same space. For the development of this project, attention was paid to the activities required for the internship and a synthesis was made of the importance of the documents and the historical archives and in this way to generate a context that demonstrates the importance of our activity. In the case that concerns us in the exercise of internship, we find documents with a particular feature and is the journalistic document, which its function is merely informative about the events of specific times, of a specific region, which may be important depending of the intention of the consultation, but that in turn can be limited, since it does not have detailed information about its origin or its authors or, failing that, its intentionality. However, our exercise aims to improve the organizational and physical layout of the file in question to also improve access and consultation.
