The image contains a news item in which it is affected by not having enough inmates to perform the cleaning of the city, which leads them to have to make a series of provisions to the public. The first one is that from the date of publication it will not be possible to throw garbage in the streets. As second is that the inhabitants of the district keep their facades and public places well swept, and finally that people who are found throwing garbage or not complying with the provisions, will be fined or arrested. En la imagen contiene una noticia en el que se ve afectada el no tener presidiarios suficientes para realizar el aseo de la ciudad, lo que lleva a que tengan que realizar una serie de disposiciones al público. Como primera está el que desde la fecha de publicación no se podrá arrojar basuras a las calles. Cómo segunda está el que los habitantes del distrito mantengan sus fachadas y lugares públicos bien barridos, y por último que las personas a las que se les encuentre arrojando basuras o no cumpliendo con las disposiciones, se le hará su respectiva multa o el arresto.
