Apoyo a la espacialización, inventariado y caracterización de los mantenimientos e instalaciones de mobiliario urbano en parques vecinales y de bolsillo de la localidad de Suba

Abstract

In order to gain experience in the workplace and put into practice the knowledge and powers acquired during the undergraduate academic process in Cadastral Engineering and Geodesy, a student can work as an intern. After the opportunity arose to actively participate in the contract 303-2018 of the company CONSULTORIA Y CONTRUCCION SAS (CON & CON), the development of this project began under the modality of an intern, undertaking a broad path of learning and adaptation to the world of work . Contract 303-2018 is based on the interest of the Suba Local Development Fund (FDLS) to provide the user community of the parks (neighborhood and pocket), functional spaces for physical conditioning and recreation, which are properly set , in perfect condition and complying with the security standards established by the IDRD. As a solution to this interest, the local municipality of Suba has agreed to enter into a work contract with the company CON & CON after the selection process of Public Bid No. FDLS-LP-003-2018, said contract is for maintenance of the physical infrastructure, as well as to provide and install urban furniture for the neighborhood and pocket parks of the suba town that make up the district park system. Based on basic information on the works in charge of the CON & CON company, it was possible to adapt and process the databases in order to create a pertinent GEODATABASE for the generation of cartographic products that show and spatialize the maintenance and installations carried out and the due characterization of each of these, the current project is aimed at generating THEMATIC CARTOGRAPHY of different scales, using the Magna Sirgas Bogotá Zone Coordinate system, with a transverse Mercator projection. This entire process of supporting spatialization, inventory and characterization was carried out under the guidelines of the technical specifications document for basic digital cartography of the Agustín Codazzi Geographical Institute. The GeodataBase has a ShapeFile-type base cartography originating from the Spatial Administrative Unit of Digital Cadastre (UAECD) and the District Institute for Recreation and Sports - IDRD.
