Diseño de un Sistema de Gestión de Calidad para el Jardín Infantil Kindergarten Juliana basado en los requisitos de la norma ISO 9001: 2015

Abstract

This project evidences the proposal to document a Quality Management System (QMS) for Kindergarten Juliana Kindergarten, responding to their different needs and allowing to comply with the identification of the processes and procedures that are carried out within the institution.

To do this, it began with the review of the existing documents in the organization that would allow identifying the conformation or contribution to a QMS; Once this information was compiled, a diagnosis was made and according to this a Quality Management System was designed according to the guidelines of the NTC ISO 9001: 2015, complying with the requirements that it requested; where the activities that were developed were clarified, procedures were clarified, possible nonconformities and risks were evaluated and responsibilities were defined in order to contribute to improve the service provision, image of the garden and the quality of education.
