Acta de la cuarta sesión ordinaria de la Junta encargada de organizar la celebración del 20 de Julio

Abstract

The image contains a news about the minutes of the fourth ordinary session of the Board in charge of organizing the celebration of July 20th, in which it is exposed the realization of a meeting at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, on June 18th, 1895, in which the members of the organizing Board of the celebration of the national holiday were previously summoned. Additionally it is mentioned that the minutes of the meeting were read and the Board was informed about the contract that was celebrated with Mr. Alberto Larrarte G, for the adornment of Bolivar and Santander parks, the Capitol and the Galleries for the amount of 500 pesos, within the respective contract in which Mr. Pedro Silva is recognized as a guarantor. Additional information is mentioned about the mentioned contract for the adornment of parks and two public buildings, in which the undersigned Higinio Cualla in his capacity as President of the Board in charge of the celebration of July 20th with due authorization states that the mentioned contract has been celebrated, including a set of clauses related to the subject. It is signed by Mr. Higinio Cualla, Alberto Larrarte G., Pedro Silva Otero, the witnesses Uldarico Rojas and Ricardo Saravia R.
