The image contains news about the request presented by more than three hundred respectable residents of Bogotá to the Legislative Assembly, advocating the incorporation of the city into the State of Cundinamarca. The importance of respecting article 1 of the Constitution is highlighted, which includes the territory of Bogotá in the State that surrounds it. La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de la solicitud presentada por más de trescientos vecinos respetables de Bogotá a la Asamblea Legislativa, se aboga por la incorporación de la ciudad al Estado de Cundinamarca. Se destaca la importancia de respetar el artículo 1.° de la Constitución, que incluye el territorio de Bogotá en el Estado que la rodea. Este artículo fue ratificado por la diputación de Cundinamarca en la Convención.
